Duncan Works LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Baiker at baiker.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Baiker you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use the Service, we collect your prompts, generated project files, and token transaction history. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, to manage your account and token balance, to send transactional emails (such as account notifications), and to monitor for abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

AI-Generated Content

Prompts you submit are sent to a third-party AI API to generate application code. That provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data. We do not use your prompts to train our own models.

Published Projects

Projects you explicitly publish become publicly accessible at a unique URL. Anyone with the link can view and fork published projects. Unpublishing a project removes it from public access but the data may be retained in our systems for a period of time.

Payments

Token purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy and security standards. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment and the amount.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions and user preferences (such as your Figma access token if you choose to save it). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use Clerk for authentication, an AI provider for code generation, Stripe for payments, and standard cloud infrastructure for hosting. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and project files for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@baiker.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Baiker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
