Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Baiker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Baiker is an AI-powered application builder that generates React code from natural language prompts. The Service is provided by Duncan Works LLC.

User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account for a limited trial. Creating an account grants you access to saved projects, daily token bonuses, and publishing features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Baiker Tokens

Baiker Tokens (BT) are credits used to generate applications. Free tokens are granted upon signup and via daily bonuses. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Tokens have no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in ways that degrade its availability for other users.

Termination

Duncan Works LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any associated data may be removed. Unused purchased tokens are non-refundable upon termination.

Intellectual Property

Code generated by the Service is provided for your use. Duncan Works LLC does not claim ownership over generated output. You retain responsibility for ensuring your use of generated code complies with applicable laws and third-party licenses.

Published Projects

When you publish a project, it becomes publicly accessible at a unique URL. Published projects may be viewed and forked by other users. You can unpublish a project at any time to remove public access.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code may contain errors. Duncan Works LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or generated output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duncan Works LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
